Fantastic service from the call agents to service managers to techs. Amsterdam main location has large staff and many bays and always is so accommodating. Recently our appointment was incorrectly scheduled for Port Jervis and when we arrived at Amsterdam they were able to get us in right away at our appointment time despite scheduling oversight. Amsterdam team is always very respectful of our trailer unit and careful with it.
We purchased our Imagine RV in the fall of 2021 and Alpin Haus stored it for the winter at no charge. We picked it up yesterday and our experience was amazing!! Art, our sales person was just perfect from the minute we came in last fall. Our purchase was easy and the delivery yesterday completed the process seamlessly!
Shawn, the young man who went through the RV with us was extremely informative and was patient with all our questions and continued to remind us that we could call for help at any time. We even set up our warranty service check for this fall. We would recommend Alpin Haus to our friends and we can't wait to start the camping season!

We are very pleased with the service we receive at Alpin Haus in Saratoga Springs. The travel trailer drop off and pick up procedures are excellent. In Amsterdam, we have to surrender our truck and trailer. At Saratoga Springs, we can drop our trailer and go. The service guys take excellent care of our trailer. They have all the parts and filters we need to keep our trailer running in tip-top shape. We strongly recommend Alpin Haus in Saratoga Springs for your trailer service.
Excellent Service Department! Will and Dan are wonderful to work with. The staff does an amazing job. They communicated everything and called and asked questions if they found added issues. Very professional and quick service
Things that were fixed still fell apart not happy
Brian, the sales guy, Josh in finance and Ryan in service( i hope i got his name right..) all did a great job with their parts of my buying process. They all took time to explain and listen to me during the process. Ryan spent about 3 hours going over the coach's operation and when I asked questions where he could have upsold me for the sake of up selling me, he gave honest answers. That was refreshing.
Their service is at their own pace. A 2 hour job could have the rv tied up for 7-10 days. The parts department has a thin inventory and everything has to be paid upfront and ordered. I dealt with the GM in Oak Ridge. Nice man. But excuses don’t solve the issue. They had my class c for 3 months and couldn’t get the upper bunk window ordered and replaced. After a Florida road trip the picked up the rv and didn’t have the professionalism to check if the water tank was full. One night we went below 20 degrees and the unit suffered frost damage. I don’t believe they care about what they do. I have lost trust in this dealership.
