you had our 5th wheel for over 3mos you told us it was ready we got there none of the work was done on it, our hoses were missing and they are not cheap, we cleaned and mopped and wiped down the rv went into it everything was dirty. and with the rv not being ready we had to stay in hotel cause we just sold our house.i am so disappointed. spending money we hadn’t plan too.

We just had our walk-through and picked up our 2022 R-pod 196. Ryan, our tech who did the walk-through with us was very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and gave us tips on the best way to get the most out of the new camper. This is the second R-pod we've bought from Alpin-Haus and have always been happy with the service we receive. A special shout-out to Brian Miller who guided us through both sales.

We always went to Amsterdam NY for service, and it was always great our salesman Steve Quill was the greatest , now you have open in Oak Ridge for the pass year and our service writer Will has always been there for us. Also our trip is now 30 mins instead of 3hours.
We had a generator installed which was a big job Phil the service tec did a fabulous job . So this is why I give them a 10. Also my grandson brings his there too!!.

Great staff
I’ve wasted 2 trips (3-4 hours each) to get a backup camera installed. The first time I was told they didn’t have time to do it and that it was quite labor intensive. The second time they said they installed it but the tech didn’t actually read the instructions and put the transmitter on the roof, it wasn’t waterproof so it broke right after it rained. I now have a broken $180 camera and I’ve wasted $400+ in labor costs plus my time. I also now have 9 holes in my roof where they screwed in the camera.
If you want to make it right, refund me the cost of the camera and all labor I’ve paid towards the install to date. Also remove the camera that was installed incorrectly and fill all the holes that were made in the roof.
Alpin Haus of Saratoga has an excellent staff as well as top of the line RVs I have personally purchased 5 units from them and 6 of my close friends and family have also purchased one or more campers from them they are always there for all your needs especially after the sale. I highly recommend them for every aspect of your RV needs weather it’s sales or service
We want to give a huge shout out to our salesman Greg and Shawn who did our demo. Any little issues we had were handled with no problem. There are always LITTLE bumps in the road but it is always handled. Shawn answered all the questions we had. Greg was there for us with any issues. This is the 4th RV we've bought from Greg. A total of 5 RV's from Alpin Haus from Amsterdam. They will always have our business.
