Phone calls are returned promptly, RV service needs are identified, estimates prepared and repairs are professionally completed and on time. You sold us an RV that was not fully operational - no leveling gear, slide jumped the track, interior items broken or not functioning properly, no return calls from Coachmen and barely from Port Jervis or Amsterdam locations.... took 4 months to repair it and then the catalytic converter was stolen out of it from your P.J. property so NO not highly recommended - actually your company owes us money for the repair so please advise where to send the repair bills and insurance deductible. Appreciated! Y'all were as straight to the point & professional as could be...!!! Asa was a super star salesman...!!! Whereas I've already spotted a few small issues. I'm confident they will be addressed and fixed in a timely manor when I bring them toY'alls attention. I highly recommend buying your next R/V from Alpin Haus...!!!
My RV was broken into on two different occasions. The first time my window was broken. They fixed it after I tried for days just to get a person to call me back. The second time the catalytic converter was stolen off the vehicle after we were assured our vehicle would be kept inside or in a safe place. Now they expect us to pay to have it replaced. Ridiculous.
The service was done quickly and they communicated what needed to be done.
Everyone has treated me with respect and honesty. That is not always something you will find in the RV industry!

We have not heard from anyone except the one time that WE called Alpin Haus.
Even if a technician is out sick or parts haven't arrived or your business is snowed in, there should be some point in time when you need to call your customers.
Even if your customer is patient and wants the job done correctly you need to communicate with them.
It doesn't have to be the technician or even the service advisor but someone needs to communicate.
Good customer service is not only doing the job right but it is also talking to the customer.

All of the people at Alpenhaus were so supportive and helpful. It was a great experience purchasing an RV from them. The walk-through was very educational and we learned so much. They were very warm and supportive and even checked on us to make sure we got home OK.
