Motorhome in for repairs, manufacture specified that your garage was slow in reporting issues needed repair,unit is brand new but not yours.been there for 2 months

Service has recently improved which is refreshing. However trying to get hold of someone in service on the phone is still very frustrating. If that could be improved, I could provide a higher rating.

I think Alpin Haus is an excellent company to do business with. I think that their products are as good as there are in the RV business and they care about what they see. They also care about the people that they sell to!
I was supposed to get updates, didn’t get any unless I called. Was supposed to get a picture of the damage, never got one. Technician was supposed to relay information to another person about questions for when I was picking up the RV, never did it.

We purchased our Jayco RV from AlpinHaus in 2022. Their Sales and Service staff have always been exceptional. Most recently, we had issues with our Dometic Air Conditioning unit and the toilet. It was frustrating as the issues occurred on our first outing of the Season in July. I called AlpinHaus from the campground and advised of the situation. They requested I drop off the unit upon our return and they would address through warranty with Jayco. It was not easy for us or AlpinHaus but true to their word, they worked the issue and did the right thing along with Jayco. The AC unit and toilet are being replaced under warranty and without cost to us. Although it took time and effort and caused us to cancel our August trip, I can’t say enough about this high level of service and commitment to the customer by AlpinHaus. They are exceptional in every way and I highly recommend. My sincerest thanks to everyone at AlpinHaus especially Matt and also Amanda for doing the right thing, working the process and supporting their customer. Thank You!

I'm writing this review to thank the service manager Jim Nolan and his service technician of 19 years to help and solve a problem with our Rv fridge . If it was not for his involvement into our service that we requested , I don't know if we would have gotten our issues resolved with our travel trailer . Though we did not get the problem to reproduce itself . I am thankful that we got some insight.
I was a little concerned when I dropped the trailer off the service advisor was not taking our issues seriously and acting like we did not know how to operate the fridge properly. Again I appreciate Jim Nolan and his team of techs that looked into this issue .
