Finding an issue with my bearings and seals during my warranty service, Matt was able to arrange for the service and get the issue resolved in a very timely manner.
I paid for detailing inside and out for my fifth wheel outside was not done well and inside was untouched this is my fourth or fifth problem with your service department I am completely dissatisfied with your service department’s lack of quality service for the ridiculously expensive prices and be far the poorest handling of every situation I’ve incurred

The unit I bought, a Grand Design, Imagine XLS 22MLE is a well built travel trailer and supports Grand Design’s reputation for quality work. Alpin Haus took my order, negotiated fairly with me and delivered my new trailer in short order and as promised. I am pleased with both Grand Design and Alpin Haus.
The whole staff is amazing!! Very helpful. Not pushy. They also give a a price quote with everything included the first time not just a bunch of make you feel good numbers and a bunch of add on at the end!! I would totally recommend this dealer.

A better communication on the service that was done and someone to make sure we got the camper all hooked up correctly. They could of had more blocks under the stand so that we wouldn’t of had a hard time hooking up

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. This is our 3rd product of Forest River by Design. We haven't had any problem with the make.
Excellent product quality and selection; low-pressure knowledgeable sales staff, excellent service and technical support, professional business and administrative staff.
Everyone we interact with is genuinely looking to see how they can help. Not looking to see how they can move on to the next thing in their day or hand any situation over to another person. Whomever we work with has always stuck with us, stayed involved or at least kept themselves informed as to what was going on until they knew the job was done. This has been the case for both sales and for service.

Right on schedule
The cost of inspection blew me away. I had one done in the fall to keep in agreement with my forever warranty. When your service dept called to schedule a de-winterization they said and also an inspection. One I thought it was required to do so for the forever warranty. I know now it wasn’t. But what shocked me most was what I was charged for an insoe tion. Over $600!!! The inspection to keep in compliance with the forever warranty was under $400, and that included service for a possible leak. Why would an inspection cost me over $600??? After telling me I owe that much for them to look over my trailer, I’m given a list of suggested repairs. One being a broken screen door that was fine when I dropped it off for storage. The other suggested work is resealing, which I know is standard maintenance. I feel completely taken being charge over $600 for an inspection, then being asked if I’d like to schedule an appt for the resealing. I’m new to RVin so I trusted Alpin Haus, now I feel like a complete fool and all I want to do is to get rid of the thing.

We are anxiously awaiting the opportunity to store our 5th wheel during the winter season in Middletown. We live 3 plus hours from Amsterdam and need to be closer to home for service and storage.
