The customer service and sales staff are top notch. We have made two purchases there and each time we have been treated very well from start to finish. Jake, our sales rep, was able to order a Georgetown GT7 36K7, (a model Alpin Haus normally does not carry) for us. Following a protracted wait, we accepted delivery. There were some minor issues and the Georgetown was returned to the service department to rectify them. Dealing with service was a simple and pleasant experience. I anticipate the return of our Georgetown very soon.
We love your sales department, but your service needs help. I'm afraid to have my service done there. Our previous experiences were not good.

We have purchased 5 campers over the years. We've had Greg Clark as our sales person for the last 4 purchases. We couldn't be happier with Greg and the Alpin Haus team. Is is always such an easy process when making a purchase.
Having to fully pay for water damage when in the spring requesting assessment of caulking and told ok then was not appreciated. Post inspection after repair where corner shelves were not put back in likely preventing their thinking the need to place two ugly screws in the center of the panel over the bed area (front) after having to remove these panels to repair water damage that could have been prevented back in the he spring that is now a terrible eyesore.
Many of the issues with the purchased RV were still not addressed.
