Need to improve communications. Several times in the buying process and also now in the service department, I need to make phone calls or e-mail requests to find out the status of my camper. I would expect a phone call that originated from Alpin Haus, not to make me contact you. Even a reply of "I received you message and I'll get back to you by _____" would be acceptable (Need to make sure that you complete the follow-up).
I have been discouraged by the warranty repairs on my 2021 Grand Design trailer. They seem to take a very long time, and I'm still not sure of the status since the trailer has been put into winter storage at your lot. Nobody ever contacted me to say that the warranty repairs were completed or to provide a status update. (see above for better communication). To say that you are shorthanded or swamped with work does not encourage a person to come to you for camper services.
I'd like to be more enthusiastic, but I don't have that feeling from Alpin House yet. Hopefully, it will improve because I want to remain a customer of Alpin Haus. I hope that you receive this message in a positive way. It may be a bit critical, but you did ask for feedback for improvement.

1. Your salesman Art Cooper was 100% informative and helpful, 0% pressure, making our purchase decision pleasant and easier.
2. Your financial person Josh VanNess pointed us to an insurance company with policy coverage I am very happy with, plus he also made the paper-work portion of the purchase process pleasant and uncomplicated.
3. Kevin, who walked us through the Tellaro and showed us the various systems, was likewise pleasant, informative, and most importantly patient. On a few systems I had to ask the same thing two or three times, yet each time he patiently and pleasantly explained them as if it were the first time.
We interfaced with two other employees during the delivery process and they were pleasant and helpful as well.
In conclusion, you have a great team from a purchaser's perspective.
Courteous service, not aggressive. Well prepared to answer all my questions. Spent sufficient time with me ( 2 hours) upon delivery of my new camper. Offered additional services during the sale. Referred me to an insurance agent that offered a verify competitive policy.

The knowledge of your Amsterdam staff about trailers. If you didn’t know the answer then, they knew who to ask or where’l to find it out.

Hi we have made a purchase but really haven’t used it yet ! we will find out next year but the process of purchase they made it very nice. When we picked up our camper it was not processed correctly! On our drive home we were able to see some warranty things that I talked to the GM Dan and he was very apologetic about it asked me to bring back and they will take care of and refill our diesel, I have talked to them since and are waiting on warranty so that’s where we are but Im sure it’s going to be taken care of so all in all I think we are going to be very happy with our 3rd purchase from them!

Your Operations manager Derek Ricciardi does not answer his phone and has ignored my requests to return my phone calls and give me the opportunity to speak directly with him.
You, also, have ignored my request to give me an updated estimate to address only the service for the repair I want you to provide.
Your non-response indicates you do not want to repair my camper. Consequently my options will be to try and do the repair myself or possibly contact Alpin Haus in Amsterdam to see if they will consider repairing my camper.

You sold me a warrantee package and told me the trailer was covered bumper to bumper I have two bubbles on my roof and I'm told its not covered
you have very knowledgeable service people. They are friendly and try to service your rv as quickly as possible
Have someone always available to answer the phone. Simple questions like, “ is it likely that my camper will be ready today? “ go unanswered. Thus, the customer sits around all day waiting for your call only to find out it will be necessary to wait for the arrival of part. It is especially important to those who need to arrange a ride to pick up their vehicle.
