I'm a first timer, and new to the RV scene
I was very sceptical of dealer ships, heard a lot of bad deals. I'm so lucky that I chose alpin house as my dealership. From sales staff,helping with size and ? ,,, to the mechanics who helped us through training, and to the store staff,helping with accessories. You guys are a family, not just a dealership. Thanks to the knowable staff I'm comfortable with my camper. Will highly recommend you guys . Thanks for all you guys do.
This is a large RV dealership and many cogs in the wheel. Unfortunately once the sale is complete the salesperson hands you off to the finance department. Then the finance department hands you off to the delivery department. In this process there were gaps of miscommunication and unfortunately in our case the unit was not properly set up and the communication was never relayed back to us. Communication between all parties is lacking.

Bought our fifth wheel in for work on roof and when we picked it up they used an $11 product and charged $400. Not what we asked for. Upon further inspection of the recall work that was done we found two screws through our wall and kitchen cabinet. Not very happy at all.
everyone was very knowledgable- we felt confident that we were not making a mistake regarding tow vehicle, options, size, etc
We bought our class C and everyone has been great so far! Steve our salesman is awesome! He is honest and truthful. Service department also gets a shoutout! I’m not new to camping and other places were not as helpful once you bought your camper. The people in the service dept take the time to answer all our questions.
The work is top notch. I would just like to see better communication from management.
We were very pleased on how quickly they helped us get the rv we wanted. We bought it over the phone on Monday and picked it up Friday. We live 4 hours from them and appreciated that we only had to do 1 trip. Everyone was friendly and courteous.

When picking up our 17 Imagine for roof repair due to a mfg defect, I advised Miranda Cirtwell that the interior was a mess. She wanted to know if we wanted to leave it to be cleaned. It should have been inspected and cleaned before we picked it up, so we took it home and cleaned it up ourselves. In the spring when I opened it up, the fan above the sink was not working. I called on 3/25/2022 and spoke to Matt as he said Miranda had left your company. He said they won't know if the problem was due to their work, and we would have to pay an $89 diagnostic fee. He first wanted to talk to his team. To date, I have never heard from him.
I hope we don't have any more problems with this camper, because we won't be bringing it back to Alpinhaus and have found a certified repair service which does mobile repair and also does Forever Warranty inspection. Thomas & Name removed
