I like the staff, but right now I'm trying not to be very upset with the Jayco brand. Purchased a 2019 Jayco Alante 29F in July 2019. Within 6 mos the 2 main cabin windows began falling off. Now I find that the bearing are gone in the steps motor and there was a crack in the fresh water tank when it was installed at the factory, where they covered it in silicone and a black material, which only started leaking this year. The yearly inspection went well. The maintenance staff was really nice and eager to assist. It didn’t take long and my husband enjoyed talking to all the people in various offices while waiting; especially Jeff Pegler VP of Operations, Brandon Mulina and Mr. Don Bordelon. Special thanks to Jeff Pegler who has always been there for us.
Even though it took us a couple times to finally decide on which camper would best fit our needs, the staff worked right along with us through every part of the process. From getting it shipped from another location, to the walk through, and even buying supplies. Making it very smooth from start to finish.
They were able to get a part from Jayco within a few days.
