The primary reason for recommending Terminix is our technician Armando Landros. Armando has been coming to our house for years. He is professional, dependable and trustworthy. We are comfortable knowing in that Armando is in our home whether we are home or not. He takes the time to tell us about the service and what else Terminix can do for us. We appreciate his diligence over these many years. We have sold our house so this is Armando's last visit. We had no reservations in recommending Terminix to the new owners. We hope that Terminix realizes the sterling employee they have in Armando.

Joel is extremely good at his job. He tracked multiple ant trails to their nests and is working to eradicate multiple nests in the mango tree over time without using pesticides since this is fruit bearing tree.
He also tracked mosquito nests with larvae to a tarp that was covering a machine in our backyard. If it wasn’t for him, we’d have hundreds of mosquitos. I never went into the yard because every time I did I got multiple bites. Now I know why and feel hopeful that once we eliminate the source of the nests and break the life cycle, I’ll be able to go out in the yard.
He also came quickly in the same day since we were having the live ant problem by rearranging his schedule.
The gentleman who handles my property, Tyler Wright, is awesome. Communicative, friendly, professional and a Greta representative of your company. I've been a customer since 2020 and professionals like Mr. Wright are why I stay. Thank you.
