This score is specifically for the regular pest control and nor the rat exclusion. The rat exclusion has been an ongoing problem and continues to be. I will be contacting Y'all to see what more can be done to get this issue resolved as I cannot live with rats in my attic.

I had a credit card that was compromised. I was not sure which pay option was being used. The service was at my mother's home, who is in a care facility. There was zero problems checking to make sure a valid payment was in place.
You may think that is no big deal, but I have tried to pay her bills at other locations and they refuse payment. And then complain they were not paid.
Steve Remish is an outstanding service technician. He always let you know when he is on his way to service your house. He always answers all questions you have and if you have any problem with indoor pests, he is always ready to take care of the problem.
