Davontae Anderson, my Terminix serviceman, always texts me the day and time he will be servicing my home. He lets me know when he is arriving and when he completes his work. He sends me a detailed account of what he did during the service and gives me suggestions on ways I can prevent problems in the future. He truly is to be commended for his work. He is an outstanding representative for Terminix because his work is effective and efficient.
I have several contracts with Terminix; all have been satisfactory but my pest control technician, Ibrahim Bugara is exceptional! He has taken care of my house and my pest problems for several years.
