This week's technician was very good, as are ones who have responded previously. My main problem with Terminix is that they schedule an appointment without consulting me as to my availability. Thankfully Joshua was patient about rescheduling but it is annoying for me to suddenly find out something has been schedule without consideration of my time and responsibilities.
