As always, my tech gave me an advance head's up about my pending quarterly service. We had no need of inside treatments, so I advised him & when he came, he carefully inspected the exterior of our house & treated as necessary. When he completed, he filled out a visit report advising me of the results. Our tech is efficient & considerate, plus when we had ant issues, he dealt with them quickly.

I receive a text message notifying me before the technician will make his quarterly visit. Easily makes acomidations for different time if I need interior service. Explains what he will do and sends pictures of findings and treatment.
