The technicians are always friendly and listen to my concerns. In the beginning there was a disconnect between the office instructions on what they were coming to treat. The techs always spoke to management and resolved the issue. Kyle Barker was exceptional and very thorough. I want him to be my technician every time!

I am very pleased with the pest control methods of Terminex and the quarterly maintenance. I have seen a noticeable difference with decreased insect activity. The technicians are also friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
Kareem, the service tech, is very reliable and very thorough.
It was nighttime when I filled out the online form for an estimate for services and Terminix called me early the next morning to set up a time to come for an inspection. Dylan was on time and very thorough.
After we called to accept the services, Gage came out and did not hesitate to crawl underneath the house to place the traps, sprayed around the house, and inform us of what he saw and how the traps work. We really appreciate his services and advice.
Both, Dylan and Gage were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They advised us on several things to help with handling the problems we are having and clearly explained all the steps Terminix will take to resolve the issues.

The exterminator were professional and kind. There was a mixup with my schedule and I wasted a Saturday sitting here waiting and no one showed up or called but terminix made the appt and wasnt able to contact the exterminator To find out what happened. The exterminator called me Monday and straightened everything out. Thats why I gave a 9 instead of a 10.
The technicians are great and give good advice in how to prepare for treatment days and preventive suggestions
