The Terminix technician is very reliable and knowledgeable. He always gives me a courtesy phone call ahead of his visit to see if I will be at the facility. The church has been a satisfied customer of Terminix for over 25 years. We are very pleased with the service we receive.
He always asks if we have any problems or concerns and is very willing to offer advice or solutions to any concerns. We would highly recommend Terminix to anyone for service and I have!

Aaron is fantastic: on time, professional, pleasant and knowledgeable.
Associates and technician were very helpful and friendly. It's been one week since our first visit and we haven't seen any live ants or spiders so far. We got the 365 day service. And they said if we ever have any issues in between service dates they will come out at no extra cost.

I have 4 Terminix services but pay full price for each. I think I should get a bundle discount for having subterranean termit, dry wood termite, exclusion and pest control services.

Schendel is responsive to requests and very good at what they do. They are quite trustworthy with after hours access, too.

Jamie communicates well so we know exactly when to expect him. He is punctual, thorough and friendly. He gets the job done and I look forward to our quarterly visits.
Bertha Marascola is perhaps the best technician, rep you have. She is so knowledgeable about the bugs that bug us. She is a true professional. She is also very client oriented, polite and always asks how we are doing. It might be crazy but we look forward to her quarterly visits.
