Service reps are on time and provide details to me of what they have done.
The treatments I receive are effective and keeps my yard and home bug free. I also like the fact that if you have any issues, they will come out and take care of the problem. I gave a score of 9 because the price is getting too expensive.
The reason we gave the score is because of our excellent service technician Mike Snell.
He pays great attention to any questions or problems that come up.
I am terrified of bugs of any kind. Thus far, it's has been great. My service rep let's me know when she is coming and if I need her inside. Sometimes for my own peace of mind I do want interior service, especially with the weather swings we are having.
