excellent service! texts are sent to let me know approx arrival time and it is always accurate. a detail text of what was done and what was found plus a heads up on what to look for is always sent after service. Technician is very friendly and informative!!

Great customer service and attention to details
Our field technician Paul is consistently providing great customer service. Always willing to answer questions and investigate areas of concern and recommend treatments.
Our service tech Dan Cutrer Baton Rouge has been with us for over 20 years. He is wonderful, respective of the property and very through.
I recently have had issues with the Baton Rouge office. I called and spoke with an answering center ( not the Baton Rouge office) and requested bait traps for ants and silverfish, did not need a service visit just drop off the traps. I was told it would be 1 week before they could be dropped off ! The week came and went, no traps. I called again and was again told 1 week to drop off the traps. I waited, no trap delivery. I got aggravated and ordered from Amazon, the Amazon traps arrived the next day. Mr. Cutrer stopped by the following day with the Terminix traps.
We have had service with the Baton Rouge office since 1992 and have only asked for additional services about 3-4 times in all that time.
I am very disappointed in the poor service regarding this.
We only live about 6,5 miles from the Terminix office.
Please do better.
