provider is responsible and takes care of getting rid of bugs, spiders, wasps etc. Always ask if there is anything else needed to clear insects around the home.

Terminex has been generally very reliable in both the services I have with them (rodent exclusion and insect control). The folks let me know the day before and then on the day that they're on their way.
Only problem historically has been in getting in touch with Terminex to schedule rodent inspections and pickups. That has improved in recent years
