He is so polite, so wel-informed, and so customer-oriented and -friendly. . .it is a real pleasure to have him stop here on a regular basis to help me feel safe and secure about the well-being of my home. He is very thorough and explains everything he finds when he checks out with me before he leaves. I hope Terminix compensates Mark well; he is worth every penny!
