Seitz Brothers has done a very good job of pointing out pests and preventing pests. The main reason why my score was not a 10 is because this week your pest control guy came without a call the night before to let us know you were coming. We were concluding a visit with another home maintenance person and this visit was interupted and he had to leave before I could finish my conversation with him. I had to quickly cover the vegetable plants that I am growing, before the spray was used.
We appreciate knowing about your extra service of preventing the entrance of pests from the outside. We are in the process of cleaning up our basement to understand the presence of mice and decide on the best course of prevention. The sealing of the entrance points that are accessible, but some areas are not accessible means there is no guarantee and it is expensive.
