I have been using Terminix for a few years. They are a very reliable company. They come out when they are scheduled and my service man Clayton is just wonderful. He comes out on time or early, gets the job done and leaves. The communication with them is excellent. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Pest control tech Robert is great. Responsive. Termite protection is iffy though if I have ever need it. It has also become expensive.

I gave Terminix a 10 because my technician (Jarrett Myles Jr.) consistently provides outstanding service. He is always professional, courteous, and punctual. He takes the time to thoroughly inspect and treat my home, explains what he’s doing, and makes sure every concern is addressed before he leaves. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right give me confidence that my home is well protected. Because of the excellent service he provides every visit, I would gladly recommend Terminix to my friends and family.

Been with Terminix for about 30 years. Really like our technician. The only criticism I have is the fact that recently (within the last year or so) after our technician comes by we get a call about having someone come over to do a free inspection and then the inspector tries to upsell us additional services. If we have legitimate issues I wouldn't mind, but last time the inspector pointed out our neighbors trees have the potential for termites since it had some broken branches. He then offered mosquito service and attic insulation. Those services are mentioned in promotions we get in the mail, we don't need an inspector trying to sell us. A once a year inspection is fine, but not every time we have our technician come out.
Uriel Sanchez is awesome. He's professional and on time and communicates clearly. We appreciate his hard work.

It’s not perfect because your texting appointment announcement doesn’t actually respond to changes. This was not this last appointment, that was fine, but prior to that we received notice that the termite inspection was coming and I texted back that we would be out of town. I was told to reschedule when we returned. I assumed that was that. When we returned there was a terminix card in our door. The service man came while we were gone, no service, just the card. So, my texting was wasted energy.
