Brandon texted me two days before his visit with approximate time. He gave me the option if I wanted him to treat the inside of my house. Notified me via text the day of the visit with arrival time. Treated inside and outside of my home.
The technician is KELLAN COOK; He is absolutely the best ever that we have experienced with bug service! He always lets us know when he is on his way to do our service and including when he has completed the service. He does a great job very thorough with spraying the entire exterior of our house, including adding the extra request we ask for with regards to crickets. He spends a very good amount of time on our property taking his time to do agreed job. We highly recommend that you ask for him as the service tech for your home. We are very happy with him, and we will stay with Terminix as long as he is our tech. There really is a lot that he does! Great Job Kellan! Thank you for the great service you give to us. Kellen truly is the best ever!
