I have used Terminix services since 1972. Terminix has successfully treated monthly for insects and other yard pests since that time. The company has also successfully treated for wood and subterranean termites as well as roof rats as needed over the years. Terminix cleaned the atttic space including previously placed old insulation, created a wooden walk way through the length of the attic space, and blew in a new layer of insulation. The company also placed a vapor barrier over the open damp ground in the crawl space under the house. During all these services Terminix personnel have been helpful in providing explanations of the work, arriving as scheduled, agreeable in addressing any problems, and professional in their suggestions and interactions. The only unsolved problem I have had is getting written confirmation on my termite insurance plan that it covers both wood and subterranean termites.
Both Goff and Kyle were very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained everything we needed to know and answered all the questions that we had. They were very friendly as well!
