The only reason for my rating of 10 on the previous question is due solely to one individual, John Salazar. As far as I am concerned HE IS TERMINIX.
He is friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable and has perfect customer interaction skills. John always asks when he arrives what activity, if any, I have noticed in the last 3 months and where.
John completes his visit (exterior & interior) faster than other tech's but is more thorough! He is happy to answer questions I have and always has a smile on his face.
It is apparent that John enjoys his job and likes to make his customers happy.
Nobody is perfect but Terminix comes close
Had in-ground wasp nest. Showed up on time. Treated nest. Wasps gone and did not return.
I’m satisfied with the cost and service.

Jason, who comes to the house is absolutely amazing, very kind, professional, friendly gentlemen. Also, he takes care of a house with precision care. Sprays for bugs and pests wiped down all of the cobwebs around the house every time he comes he’s very meticulous. we want someone that cares about our home as much as we do. Jason really does that and that’s why we stay with you.
Very good Service and always notify me when they arrive. Our service guy is always pleasant .and helpful.

I have one concern. I am on the lifetime senior discount. And every October I receive an increase in my quarterly bill so So I have to call every year to the local I35 office to remind them. The problem is I cannot call the local office because they do not have a local phone number. Every number online is an international number. I called 10 international numbers yesterday and they said they do not give out local numbers.
Finally I reached a number in Phoenix and Amy in customer service was able to bill my account for the discount and accept payment.
It would have saved so much time to call the I35 office directly. I have been a Terminix customer for years and appreciate technicians excellent

My pest control technician has been servicing my home for awhile now. He ( melvin ragland) is always on time, professional, pleasant, and is always open to return ahead of schedule if need be.

Not very communicative regarding next appointments. Is very helpful with residents that don't want spraying done, he offers bait instead.
No one wants bugs in their house or rats or any other pests.
So I have in the past recommended two of my friends and family to Terminex and they have used them and they were quite happy with the results.
So I will continue to recommend Terminix when I hear people are having some kind of pest problem.

I had bedbugs got an emergency appointment on Friday was taken care of on Monday. the technician went above and beyond to take care of the problem. Can finally sleep in my bed again
