My primary reason for my score is the excellent service I receive from my technician, Ryan Montoya. He is very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and has excellent communication skills. He always discusses any issues/concerns and answers any questions. He follows up with a detailed report.
It has always been easy for me to connect with someone at Terminex quickly, and get help scheduling a service or just answering my questions. The techs who come out are always respectful and professional. This service has helped me for years in my battle with the tawny ants and small roaches. I really appreciate Terminex!

Customer service is a dying art in our country. Our service tech, Jessie, has always been the epitome of professionalism and friendliness. He is always here when he says he will be and gets the job done in a timely manner. He checks to see if I’ve had any problems and addresses those immediately. I am comfortable with him in my home and know that he will always go the extra mile when treating our property. We’ve been Terminix customers for nearly four decades. Your prices are higher than other pest control businesses in our area but we know this works and we know Jessie will take care of us.

I believe we were gone when Jesse arrived. According to his report, the focus concentrated on the spiders on the exterior of the house, which are numerous this time of year.

My score was given because rates are raised without notification, plus the home service is done too quickly. I have home cameras that show that the service is done within 10-12 minutes.

I was getting so many bites in my bedroom.. Since he sprayed only the outside I have discovered I have bed bugs. Three week old mattress,. Any suggestions?
