I really like the technician who comes out to service us. Terminix is expensive compared to other companies. I've considered switching just because of that. However, I haven't done it yet as I like Marc. We shall see.

He has been my rep for multiple years, and his consistency, professionalism, and attention to detail have been outstanding every single time he shows up. Peter is reliable, thorough, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. He always explains what he’s doing, makes sure my concerns are addressed, and leaves me confident that my home is in great hands.
Quite honestly, Peter is the main reason I have remained a loyal Terminix customer. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with genuine care for their customers the way he does.
