Brave exterminator went up into attack and sprayed 6 live wasp nests and killed them. Then he removed wasp nests and disposed them. He also treated mud dauber area to prevent their return.

Jairon Whitaker is my service technician and he is great. Very good communication to set up appointment and confirm it, on time, professional and personable, asks about any problems. I am very satisfied.
Our guys are always neat and careful. They don’t disturb my plants, yard art, or any cords or tools etc laying around. They are also very considerate of closing the gate so our dog doesn’t get out and get hit by a car. They always let us know via text when they are coming and when they left and what they did. Very professional. I always recommend Terminix!!

Robert the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped explain to us that our problem was manageable. Then Juan, our service technician, was very friendly. He walked through the house with me and personally surveyed the areas. I got to talk through the problem. He then worked efficiently, finishing the job quickly. The price was fair and affordable. Seriously couldn't be happier. We were literally scared, but they solved the problem. I would highly recommend.
The same technician is consistently sent. Therefore, they have an understanding of the house and my needs.
