Mainly because of my service tech Christian Fogle. He always talk to me about what’s going on, walks around the entire house, cleans everything. I know these are things that you want done, and they are, but his personality and communications with the homeowner is exceptional.

I like how flexible you are and how easy it is to get a technician out to the house when I need them. I wish you didn't use glue traps because my family always stumbles upon a half-dead rodent and they get upset. But, I understand that poison can harm predatory animals that eat rodents. I wish we had a better way that doesn't make for suffering.
