I've always had good service
Our technician was very personal and explained things to us and answered all our questions. We learned things about carpenter ants we did not know before
Philipos Teka is the best, very kind and thorough but I have had issues with the lady that answers the phone at the Baton Rouge office. She can be rude. Also, a man (who I will not name here) came out to check the in ground granule things and left one out laying on the ground. I picked it up, not knowing it was poisonous so that my dogs would not tear it up. It has been 2 years and still noone has come out to replace it. I called 3 times and the lady said she would send someone out to fix it. Noone has come and this is why I give a 9. I expect to get what I pay for but other than these 2 issues, I have had a great experience with Terminix and would recommend them.

They have always been reliable and effective providing protection from spyders, ants, insects and rodents. The service people are polite and punctual, and ready to render advice and assistance concerning problems brought to their attention. They have helped me maintain my nearly 50 year old house in good condition,
