The initial treatment did not take, and I had to have it retreated. I still have another treatment within 30 days, and I called and have requested that the start of the 30 days begin at the last retreatment of 10/10/26 instead of 9/30/26. I was told that the local office will make that decision and I have not heard from them. I will call to see what their decision is, but I feel they should be contacting me.

After calling multiple pest control companies, Terminix was the only one that allowed us to book a same day pest control service. They went out of their way to accommodate our family. I could not recommend them more!
