When we purchased our home in 2017 it was over run with spiders due to being lived in for more than 400 days. We contacted Terminix and they gave us a fair price. They have controlled our issues now over the years.

The score I gave is for the service provided by EDWIN ASENCIO, but not tor Terminix.
We have to consistently request for the same technician, if not, Terminix would assign different technicians without notifying us. I still don't understand why the quarterly service can't be scheduled in advance. There're no email communications for the service appointments in advance. Would only find out the service appointment when the technician texted us a day or two before their arrival. I provided my feedbacks to Terminix many times, but things haven't changed at all.

The workers my terminixes agent from the first 1 i started with to the agent now top notch all did as if they did 4 self no half doing accommodating never felt like strangers. Exemplary everything topnotch. Whatever aspect or expertise in help u needed.. I was with a local company who transitions into terminix i was hesitant but day 1 2 easy me into assuring me the standard and quality was even better.
