Between signing up being easy and our tech, Brian, being so Nice and Understanding for our concerns ... we def would recommend Terminix. Knowing that Brian came in, took the time to talk to us and give us a sense of ease, as well as went throughout our home in and out covering all areas, is the biggest reason we are happy with our connection to Terminix.
We had 3 different technicians come for various treatments, JJ, Sypher and Andre who were all very kind, respectful and on time. Mike Lum met with us to discuss various services and explained each one though it’s still a bit confusing. However, I’m trusting that he is understanding our overall needs as he was referred by our neighbor. Mike was very patient with us. He also returns my calls promptly which I appreciate as it is not easy to find good customer service anywhere nowadays.
