Professional services with friendly techs
Jerome did a great job. Came inside and explain the problem in the front of the house. Really great. There was a mix up in schedule. I did not schedule a Terminix inspection the same day as Jerome came to do the outside. As I had an appointment schedule, I let him check a few things - attic and out side of the house. He was very informative. Scheduling should be better. Otherwise great job.
Joshua was the only person who gave my house a good treatment and promised me they'd be back in two weeks with help...I certainly hope so, because terminex has given us the run around since last Dec.

You get a 9 because our regular guy, John, is amazing. I would have given you a 10, but your customer service and computer info need to improve. I keep getting a message every month that there is a problem with my account. I have called several time, but the rep always says everything is fine. Yet, I keep getting these messages
