I like my Pest Technician, Rich M., he always does a good job.
Have had some issues with response from previous tech Jeret. We have had trouble with wasps trying to build nests. Jerry has had several excuses for not showing up. Terminex has sent new tech out, Ryan, and we are hopeful this will be a good change and that he will be our tech in future. Then our score may increase.
