I just love our technician Keith Roger's who is always on time and does his right well .he answers any questions I may have regarding traps mice, spraying Etc. I would highly recommend terminix to people I know. I would highly recommend keith Rogers to those people I know. Keith also takes care of my neighbors yard Mina Bernhard across the street. She made home into an Air B& B for people to rent out. She came over one day during the summer months when she comes up to stay at her home in the summertime, and asked me about Keith and terminix. So I nicely said Keith is our technician who comes here every 3 months and sprays outside and in around the garage and sets traps so the mice from outside don't come in. But he also sets traps in the boiler room .

Trust in his thoroughness and knowledge of my home is the primary reason why I'm choosing to stay with Terminix while I've been solicited by several competitors.
There have been too many occasions when I was not aware I had received the service I was billed for however, that has improved.
