We were very sad for ourselves to lose him as he was promoted but happy for him. But we must say we are very happy with our new Tech Addam Harris. I would give the technician who did my liquid drywood termite inspection on Tuesday July 22 [I’m embarrassed to have forgotten his name (is it Charlie?)] an eleven out of ten. He was thorough, professional, and personable. He listened to me intently, answered my questions completely, and went to great lengths to ensure that my cats could not escape.
The reason I gave my recommendation score a nine instead of ten is threefold: 1. No company is perfect (although Charlie was), and there’s always room for improvement, 2. Nine is a very high score, and 3. Anyone who takes my recommendation and has a less than perfect experience would question my judgment in the future.
My Terminex representative “Chris” is the best!! He takes great care of my bugs!! Chris is so professional and friendly.

Our service technician, Ratu Bevu, is always very efficient and thorough with his service. He is also very communicative, letting us know when we can expect him and when he has finished. He is also very flexible - even when I had to reschedule service at the last minute when we were traveling and had forgotten to do it beforehand. Thorough, efficient, communicative and flexible - what else could you want in a service technician?
