Service is effective, technicians are professional and personable. Would have given you a 10 but the services continue to increase in cost. While living on a fixed income those cost increases are difficult to manage and may soon force me to discontinue the services.

He is professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure our building is well cared for. He takes the time to explain any issues, answers questions thoroughly, and is proactive in addressing potential concerns before they become problems.
His friendly attitude and dedication to excellent customer service make a real difference. We have complete confidence in his work and truly appreciate the care and attention he brings to every visit. He is a tremendous asset to Terminix and a big reason why we continue to be so satisfied with the service.
