Insects are gone or rarely seen. Happy to be able to wa lk out of my door, go to the mailbox, get in the car etc without fighting flying things. Also the ants that thought my steps were an Apartment Complex are gone! The agent was polite and helpful.

We have had no issues with billing or reasons to interact with other departments because he does his job so well. The Terminix company would not gain a good review from me, due to the original appointment mistakes, communication errors, and lack of proper resolution. That being said, the technician Derek Drake has been the best part of Terminix and that is the part that matters. He came to my home, has communicated beautifully and has been the picture of professional in the face of my severe anxiety. Thank you Derek!
