We have been using Terminix for the past six or seven years. I know that other services are less expensive but we have chosen to remain with Terminix in large part because of your excellent technicians. Last Fall, we had ants AND mice in our kitchen simultaneously and Terminix technicians worked tirelessly to remediate the problem and try to figure out what was causing it. Can't thank them enough. Special shout out to our favorite pest control technician, Jordan Hull. He always checks with us to see if there are any areas that require extra attention and takes care of it.

The service is great, our exterminator is excellent. (Rick) However if the price keeps increasing it will be time to shop around.
Terminix always shows up when I need them to take care of a problem like pest control or when I need the vent repaired to the crawl space under my house.

Amir is our outdoor/home bug prevention servicer. He is excellent with customer service, follow ups, an keep us aware of other services that we may need based on concerns. We have been working with him for the past year and couldn't be happier. I am thrilled to say we had no ant inside the house this year. I spoke about concerns with carpenter ants attacking the deck so he sprayed that area and hooked me up with the outdoor lawn service.
He goes above and beyond.
