I gave this rating because of Todd Snyder the technician. He has been coming here for five years because of a rodent infestation. He's professional and and timely. Very knows my basement better than I do. I'm extremely phobic when it comes to mice. The company always tries to send me another tech but I call quarterly to request Todd to come instead

He has been our Technician for well over 10 years. He is always on time and does a thorough job both on the inside and outside of our home.
There have been a few times we had to cancel the original appointment and he has always been very nice about working with us to get a convenient rescheduled time. I feel like we are getting our money’s worth with him.
Also he is a very nice guy and treats both us and our home with respect. We consider him a friend and our cat even lets him pet her!!! She normally won’t even come out from hiding if there is someone else in the house other than us!
