I have been a quarterly customer for many years preferring morning appts because the interior of my unit is sprayed and I have to stay away for a while. I always call Terminix to check on my appts because I get set up for afternoon appts many times. The date of my appt also gets changed without notification. I give a 10+ to my technician Marc because he always texts me the day before he comes and sometimes it's a surprise to me. My last appt was scheduled for Oct 21 but Marc texted that he was coming on Oct 7. He canceled Oct 21 for me. I don't understand why my appts often changes without notice.
