Rebecca is our Terminex representative and she is 100% amazing. She is well trained and extremely professional. She knows what she is doing and she does it well. She is punctural, easy to work with, competent, and readily available to discuss issues we are seeing, what she sees, and how to treat them.
When we first began with Terminex we were over-run with ants; everywhere in the house and outside.
Rebecca knew how to get them under control. She knew where they were coming from and how to treat them.
Whenever we have had a concern Rebecca responds as soon as possible and takes care of the issue.
