I thought technician was knowledgeable and thorough. The 9 instead of the 10 was due to the fact that I had scheduled my next appointment right after my first treatment. On the day that I had scheduled my second treatment, found out that the appointment was never made. I therefore had to go a whole extra week before I got my second treatment. Overall I was very satisfied with the process.

Our technician, Rob, is highly personable and explains everything he is doing. If we have any questions, he explains in detail so that we have a full understanding. Overall, Rob is extremely knowledgeable and professional.
Jason Pacubas is the best. He lets us know when he will be there. He listens attentively to any concerns we have and addresses them quickly and effectively. We have had no issues with him or Terminix services.

Ahmed Young is a great Terminix technician. He always calls ahead of his visit, then arrives the next day to inspect the perimeter of my house, looking for pests, and apply applications. He always talks to me when he's here, and sends me a report of his findings and application when he is finished.
My service technician does a great job, communication is good, no bugs which is what I pay for
A bit pricey, but I have seen a lot less scorpions and other creepy critters like spiders and other insects.
