For pest control, I would give Terminix a 10. For termite control, maybe a 5 or lower. I have constant problems responses from the local office. I had requested that they set up an appointment for the annual inspection and to bring tools to reset several traps that have heaved, one missing its trap and one completely out of the ground. I never heard from them. They claim to have done the inspection, but I never saw them and the work I requested still has not been done. I guess that once more I need to contact the CEO.
I have been a satisfied customer for yeaus. Why do you keep sending me these feedback surveyys? Do you not believe what I keep saying about your service?

I thought technician was knowledgeable and thorough. The 9 instead of the 10 was due to the fact that I had scheduled my next appointment right after my first treatment. On the day that I had scheduled my second treatment, found out that the appointment was never made. I therefore had to go a whole extra week before I got my second treatment. Overall I was very satisfied with the process.
