Appointment was scheduled very quickly. My technician, Wayne Smith, was extremely thorough and kind. Quite frankly, I was freaked out because there was a mouse in my house and he was very patient and checked everywhere to make sure that there wasn't a bigger problem. I greatly appreciated his reassurance that the problem wouldn't get worse and that steps were being taken so that there would be no further problems.
Because of the recent flood I had to tear off drywall and cabinets in a good portion of my home. Inside the walls I found a very large amount of old droppings from insects and rodents. It was clear that the previous owners of the house had had a very bad infestation of pests, probably for many years. In fact, when we bought the house 2 years ago, our terminix guy Alan told us the kitchen was one of the worst roach infestations he had ever seen. Yet now, after 2 years of quarterly terminix treatments, I did not find a single live insect of any kind in the walls, there were zero pests present. I credit the terminix treatments for eliminating the insects and pests and keeping them away. Mahalo

David is wonderful and reliable! We're always glad to see him! We have a terrible flea problem in our yard due to a neighbor having many stray cats. This recurring terminix treatment is the only thing that keeps our dogs sane during the warmer months. It has made a huge difference!
