Gilbert Coronado is an exceptional Terminix agent, he is very knowledgeable and works very hard to keep our operations pest free. He is extremely trustworthy and very honest, we absolutely love his service when he makes his weekly visits. I have used Terminix and other competitors in other businesses and at my personal residence, and he is by far the best at his occupation. I have pest control and termite protection. I never see bugs in my house unless they are belly up and I see very few of them. Their service technicians are courteous and thorough. David Bass handles my pest control and he does a fantastic job.

I trust Terminix; however, even in today's inflationary environment, I feel that the monthly & quarterly charges are too high and they are going up the first of June. I am a widow on a limited income (all of us are limited when you consider everything) and I cannot keep up with the increasing expense.

SEVERAL MONTHS BACK - TERMINIX SENT A (temp - other) EMPLOYEE OUT.
HE SPENT 13 MINUTES ON PROPERTY, DIDN'T DO AMYTHING . HE WAS RUDE WHEN REQUESTED TO OPEN BOXES AND DID NOT WANT ME TO OBSERVE. SAID HE KNEW LOCATI0NS OF BOXES / TRAPS, "AND HE DID NOT"!
MICE AND SPIDERS HAD BEEN EXTREMELY BAD THE PREVIOUS 25 DAYS. DID NOT DO ANYTHING FOR SPIDER / INSECT CONTROL (AND WAS RUDE)).
I CALLED MIKE LEER AND IMMEDIATELY REPORTED THIS. ALSO MY DAUGHTER CALLED IN.
MOST IMPORTANT - MIKE SENT "CHRISTEN" OUT AND HE COMPLETED EVERYTHING AND WAS COURTEOUS AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. "CHRISTEN GETS A 10 PLUS.
