Ahmed Young is a great Terminix technician. He always calls ahead of his visit, then arrives the next day to inspect the perimeter of my house, looking for pests, and apply applications. He always talks to me when he's here, and sends me a report of his findings and application when he is finished.
My service technician does a great job, communication is good, no bugs which is what I pay for
A bit pricey, but I have seen a lot less scorpions and other creepy critters like spiders and other insects.

Your product really works and has been successful getting rid of any pests we encounter. Unfortunately, I have had problems with your billing dept for at least 10 of the last 12 years.
I think pricing is high! Pricing gets higher every quarter BUT Harry is wonderful! We are so thankful for his heard work, attention to detail and going above and beyond.
Have been using Terminix for many years and have always been pleased with the level of service provided by our technician, Manuel. Manuel consistently makes contact before a service visit as well as following up after service is completed. In addition, he is always been available if we run into any specific pest problems.
If I have an issue the technician readily resolve the matter as with the last visit when I had small ants inside the house. In most incident, I don't have to be home for service ti take place and that is a plus. Techs are always friendly and knowledgeable. A little pricey, but, otherwise great service.
