After a week of disappointing service, I called what was going to be my last attempt to get service, I was connected to a young lady that was real understanding of what I had been through and kept trying until she got someone named Gage to come out and do my inspection, that in turn lead to my purchasing a termite and pest control contract and got my home inspection done so I can close on the sale of my house. Both Employees did an exceptional job, going above and beyond. I commend them both highly.
