Leroy has been doing a great job. The person who filled in for him in April did, too. I need to have the person coming to schedule with me to make sure it works for me. There have been a few times I’ve had people who would not do that. If it had continued I would have found another company. Also I pay attention to what they’re doing. If someone doesn’t seem to be doing anything except walking through the house and yard, that’s no good. Leroy has been great and the person in April did a good job, it seemed like.
The terminix technician was prompt, professional and articulate. He explained what he would be doing, spraying, etc. He was friendly and explained how the termiix sprays etc. would help prevent future pest outbreaks.
We've had service with Terminix for a long time and they always work with us on issues and concerns.
