well I am happy with the service that the technicians give, they are excellent. If I had to give a rating on management it would be a zero at this time. I had some work done on my garage, I called three times to have a manager call and got no where. No one called or even made an attempt to talk to me. I am unhappy with the additional service I had. Again technicians are great but there is no management backing them or backing their techs.

we have an invasion of stink bugs. The house area was sprayed and there has been a huge difference. Although this has really helped we are still having problems but hopefully it will end soon with the service of terminex. I did so like the part of the spray is natural and does not leave that bad smell of chemicals that are usual with other sprays. Like to be as natural as possible.

The service technicians ale always friendly and can answer any questions that I have. They come quickly when I have a problem and the insects are gone in a day or two. I am not crazy about getting homework almost every time they come.
