Chris Desimone has always been a supreme professional whenever he comes to my house to service it. He communicates ahead of time to make sure we are home, he is friendly, thorough and always checks in on how my 92 year old mother is doing. Thank you for taking care of our house and property.
My positive experience started with an unsolicited in-person knock on door by Chris, a sales rep. He was very courteous, knowledgeable of services provided and devoted the time to explain what and how treatment will be done.
The next day Daniel arrived to perform the initial treatment. He was very kind and portrayed and performed a highly satisfying service. He explained what he would be performing along with a walk around of the house. Since we have a log house, I brought to his attention various areas having carpenter bee issues and extremely small red ants at the base of several pillars. The spraying of the house walls has pretty much caused the bees to leave or not to bore additional nesting holes. The small red ants have decreased but they continue to exist. I will bring this to their attention on next treatment.
