I appreciate Terminix services to my home for 19 plus years and am confused about the recent billings.
I have received 2 different statements regarding my balance on the work performed at my home March 02 2026 $1500.00 was the inital billing amount.
My balance should be $750.00, though you sent 2 billings showing a balance of $700.00 and another billing for $850.00.
My June annual renewal for all insects was $456.89, I paid $456.89 April 09, 2026.
I have been given a $100.00 credit thus my balance is now $750.00.
I will mail a check for $375.00.

Our tech is very thorough and always makes sure we have no issues
The technician is usually quite thorough!
Additionally, he send as advance text message so that I can communicate any areas I might need to have addressed, replacement of materials very adhesive strips and so forth.
My only concern (not his fault) is that the solutions used are not as effective as in years past! Supposedly, this occurred because of environmental concerns that birds and pets were impacted negatively
Finally, this request for feedback is sent almost after each visit! I have been a Terminix customer at this home since 2006 and before that for 23 years at my previous home! How many feedback notes do you expect from me! Enuf! Enuf!

One major concern is that we own two houses. We have pest control in both. We get calls that Terminex is going to be at the house at a certain time, but they never say WHICH house.
