My service professional Edgardo is the greatest. He informs me when he will be there and calls me when he is there to tell me what he has found and what he has done. He is very professional and he takes very good care of my property. I would recommend him to anyone and if I had to give him a 1-10, I would give him a 20. Terminix has a real gem with Edgardo.
Tony is an exceptionally good tech! He listens to my need for help on issues and does his best to get rid of the problems or explains the situation so I can understand it. He stays ahead of things, such as telling me now that the invasive spiders will be coming back soon.

Terminix has always been reliable. Our technician Darius is very professional and thorough. He takes care of all our problems and keeps us informed of everything. He is easy to reach when there is a problem. The only issue I would say is the premium goes up to often. Other than that I have been with Terminix for years.
