Joel was really easy to work with. Knowledgeable and friendly and efficient. He sprayed the outside of the house which really helped with our inside ant problem, explained the various plans, helped us convert what we'd planned on being a one-time only service to a quarterly service and then set up an appointment for the follow-up indoor treatment, which he came and did yesterday. The ants are not completely gone yet, but are greatly reduced. With follow up treatments, I'm hoping we can get rid of them entirely.

Philip works with us our schedule to make it work for us. When he comes to do our pest control service he takes his time, gets all areas done well, he is very polite and professional about his job. Team member who did service was courteous and thorough
Service rep always goes above and beyond. He checked in with us days before he came to see if we wanted anything extra done or had other issues, and when he's here he always does a thorough job.
Sergio came out for our regularly scheduled maintenance. He spent some time in the garage, noting areas he saw pests and mentioned the pests were dead showing the regular maintenance from Sergio at Terminix was working. Then He spent time in the condo, and I stayed with him so he could discuss areas that have benefitted from the regular maintenance and discussed areas of concern. At the end of his visit, he summarized the work done and we bid each other a good day. If you need regularly scheduled maintenance of your home or business, and you should receive scheduled pest control, hiring the staff at Terminix will provide you with the pest control you should receive.
Terminix takes care of my property and I know I can call and have them come out anytime.
