Our technician is great
I felt like Ron was very up front and honest, which is what I needed after seeing all the ads for the "over the counter" stuff, that I'm sure doesn't work. I'm glad we didn't get caught up in that mess. He got us scheduled quickly, and told us that they would come back until the bugs were gone. He said some times it takes more then 1 treatment.
Teresa was the technician that came out and did the work. She was punctual, told us what she would be doing and got right to work. She called when she finished and told us to stay gone for about 3 hours. Then she sent an e-mail with the instructions on what to do such as vacuum every couple of days and to wash all bedding every other day. She also explained where she found infestations and what she did. We have noticed dead bugs on the floor around the bed and chairs.

I belong to a neighborhood group and they are always asking for recommendations for treatment of fleas, roaches, fruit flies?? And I tell them I have been with you for 15+years and you have always responded to my requests. Our whole neighborhood had a “biblical infestation” of fleas and I practically had a nervous breakdown; fleas in mailboxes, refrigerators, bed, bathtubs, cars, etc, people were moving away!
