Had terminex for decades and essentially no pests. We recently had some tiny ants show up in our kitchen and our service technician Charles Angove arrived within 24 hours, reviewed the actions we'd taken in the interim, and resolved the matter. We have always rated Charles as top notch. This is the first time he's actually had to come into our home in decades. He is a great representative and a huge driver for our rating.
