Our local Terminix office is great. We had a party coming up in 4 days and saw some bugs. I called Eric our local rep and he got one of there crew to come out right away. He sent out a Technician to who was great and I even remember his name Kellen.

The technician (Charles) that services our home is fantastic! He sprays every nook and cranny to make sure he gets any bugs, etc. He knows where the wasps always build a nest and he gets them every time!. Our home is safe from all the creatures because Charles cares about his work. He is professional and friendly. Always has a smile when he sees us. And he expressed sincere condolences when our beloved dog died. If you could clone Charles, you would have a fleet of great staff members.

Mashar is always prompt, knowledgeable, and very personable. My family and I haven’t seen nowhere near the bugs we used to see before we hired Terminex to protect us from termites and year round annoying pests. Mashar always goes the extra mile. We have had other companies over the years however they can’t compare to Terminex!
