Technician Christopher made note of any problems I was having with pest control and what areas. He was very professional and provide pest control in areas needed and agree not to spray windows directly due to problems with cleaning spray off windows. He agreed to spray under the windows. So far, service calls have been great.

We have been with Terminix for many years. We are very happy and pleased with the service. Kareem checked everywhere inside we asked him to. He replaced traps that needed replacing. And he did the outside too. He was very thorough. Kareem was very pleasant and he answered the questions I had. We would highly recommend Terminix.
The person who comes is very nice and does a great job. I haven't had anymore mice in my kitchen since he started coming. However I would like to be informed when he is coming so that I can be home and he can get into my house, crawl space and garage.

Very through explaining the behavior of the red wasp and the solution to eliminate them. They were also very timely. Wasps are gone and haven’t returned.

Your employees are polite, courteous respectful. They call ahead and tell me what time they will be here and make sure that time works for me. They always ask me who else is in the home so they don't surprise anyone. They are good with my dogs. They ask me if I have had any problems with pests and they treat accordingly. I trust them and even when your employee leaves for whatever reason, if I see them around town or they come back to Gregory's, I remember them and they remember me.
