Mark Cooley has been our service tech for over 20 years and has continued to provide exceptional service. He always shows up on time, responds to any pest issues we have and does an excellent job when he comes out for treatment. We will continue to be a terminex customer as long as Mark is working.
Always very pleasant and helpful if I need to call. The technician that comes out is wonderful. He always asks if there are any new problems, etc. he goes over everything that he did during the visit. I have no complaints at all with this company.
I don't have issues with pests and Sean does a great job and is communicative and flexible if I need to adjust my service date.

What you do works. No bugs. Your techs are informative and polite and do their job and leave. I barely know you are on the job 365.
I think the cost is a little high, however my pest control service person, Adrian ACEVES is great. He is thorough, addresses my concerns and is friendly.
Terminix has always been easy to work with and the service technicians are great.
Our technician, Bronson Taguchi. He’s always very pleasant and friendly. He does a job efficiently. We are pleased with the pest control around the house. We have had minimal invasions of pests.

Only feedback I have for him is that it would be appropriate to tell client personally when done and if any issues encountered. We talked initially and I got the text that he was done, but since I was home - the face-to-face notification would be nice.
Also, I initially contacted Terminix via web. Got [automatic] message to enter contact info, etc, then did not hear back for over 1 week, so I recontacted and made appointment. Initial time and day changed, but that was okay - but getting 'lost' in your system almost made me go to another company.
The technician who services my home is always professional and punctual. He asks about problems, and attends to them promptly.

I have had Terminix for years and do not have issues with critters in the house. Personnel are always very professional and have great communication skills. I have also never had any problems with termites. I appreciate staff removing wasps nests and cob webs routinely.
