I received notifications and alerts in a timely manner. My technician, Salvador Vargas, did an amazing job at explaining what he was going to do and set clear expectations. The only downsize was having an unexpected inspector come in a few days before my service. I was never told so I had to unexpectedly leave work to for that.
My technician visits on a regularly scheduled basis and texts me the day prior so I can be prepared for his visit. He does a good job checking termite bait stations and in addressing seasonal issues, like spiders and ants, with appropriate forms of treatment. If I’m at home he always takes time to check and see if any new issues have arisen.

The main reason I provided the highest possible score/rating was the excellent customer service provided by our Terminix serviceman Mr. Mike Verzi! We can't say enough about Mike. He is very accommodating, provides personal service, responds quickly, really knows his stuff, explains the treatments and how they work, friendly, patient, very dependable and always on time. He made suggestions during his first visit to our property for ants and mice. Accepting his suggestions has eliminated any mice or ants coming into our home since we started treatments and traps (this is very good for my marriage!)
We continue to use and depend on Terminix because of the great, personalized service Mike provides!! Thank you Mike!

Montrae has been my regular technician for quite some time and Montrae is always friendly and he takes care of my home as it relates to pest control. He has no problem doing a little extra if I ask such as spraying my shed and gives extra care to area like my garage. I am happy with my service!!
