Hi been a loyal customer for over 8 years the only complaint I have is that the service charges continue to climb over time and it doesn’t seem like they have anything in place for the loyal customers only new customer discounts

My only suggestion would be for the men to wear shoe booties! There was a lot of mud that had to be mopped up! It was a terribly rainy and muddy day, so I totally understand! Just a thought! Otherwise all was well!!

Kong Lee was efficient and explained everything he was doing and using. As I have my dog in the office with me, he used nontoxic spray this time to get rid of spiders. He explained next time I will need to be out of the office for 2 hours with the spray he will be using. He will call the day before he is due to be here which is great. Also he got all the cobwebs in the front entryway.
My technician, Sam, is great! He’s always on time for my appointments, does a thorough inspection and treatment and always provides feedback during the process.
