The response was prompt. The inspector/sales rep was thorough and clear. The technician was on time and kept us updated. He explained everything in detail. He recommended washing and drying items we hadn't considered. We immediately received photos of what and where he sprayed and we received a follow up phone call.

We like what you have done to keep the mice away so far. Robert Barr does a good job. He came inside this last time to make sure for me that they have not come back in the house. I like how he cleans the webs and hives off the outside of the house also.
